Too much flow?

My tank is sps dominate, with some Acans on the sandbed, and I was wondering if i had too much flow running in my tank.

49 gallon tank, 36x17x17

2x MP10 - 1 using reef crest, 1 using short pulse (100%)
2x Jaebo wave makers, short pulse 30%

Some people tell me I should dial my Vortechs down to 50%. They are currently placed on opposite sides of the tank, 1 on the left, 1 on the right side.

It really depends on how your acans are reacting. I'm running about 3500gph with my pumps and filter. My acans are in a slow spot on the sand and seem to be happy, plump with feeders out. As long as it's plump and feeders are out then it is happy. If it seems deflated then it may be getting too much flow. Also watch your lighting on it as they seem to do best in med light as most LPS prefer.
