I have a 125 gallon 4feet x 2 feet with 2 1200 gallon per hour powerheads. This is a new tank so iv only got 1 anemone, a clown, 2 small yellow tail damsels, and a black and white damsel. Is this too much flow for my tank? The damsels haven't seem to have a problem with it but the new clown seems to be struggling with it. Along with the also new anemone which will not pick a spot. A few times now I look over and it's blowing around the tank. Any suggestions?

It could be to much. If the nem is blowing around the tank, turn off the power heads. Let it pick a spot, then adjust your flow to it.

What type of nem?

yeah thats exactly what i did but then i would think he had his spot turn it on and he would hang out for a bit but eventutally fold out and start blowing around the tank. its a long tentical anemone kinda red looking with green tips. he hasnt moved sense mlast night though which is good but when i got it up it looked like the clown was struggling. i unplugged one power head but the clow is still just hanging out in the same corner. we'll see what happens when the lights get on. all three damsels (2 of them are just as small as the clow) havent had a problem with the flow at all though thats whats weird.

I've got about 3,000 gph pushing through my 29 gallon standard with 3 wave pumps and an AC70 and it's not too much. Either redirect the pumps to face the surface or turn 1 off to let the anemone settle.
