I just recently tweeked my flow and moved my frogspawn. He's blowing back and forth more than what I would call a gentle flow but I wouldn't say he's wiping around. He's swaying back and forth and every once in a while he gets a little "gust" and blows around a bit. Do you guys think this is too much flow? It wouldn't let me upload a short video I took so unfortunately I can't show :(

How does the coral look? If the coral looks likes it is doing well, then I would not worry too much.

If it's out and about and continues to stay out, then really no issue. If it starts to shrink up or you see tissue getting cut by the skeleton change spot or flow again.

Seems to be happy. Fully extended. Just wasn't sure if he was blowing around too much but I guess you're right, if he's extended then it doesn't really seem to bother him. Thanks :)
