I have a IM 50 Fusion Lagoon which is 29"L x 19"W x 16"H and i have the returns and 2 6015 Tunze powerheads (475 GPH) at either ends of the tank.

Right now all I have in the tank is a watchman goby + Tiger Shrimp and a Midas Blenny. I plan on getting a Royal Gramma and a few other fish on the smaller side maybe 2-4" max. I notice my Blenny always stays on one side of the tank and keeps from getting directly in the path of the powerhead. Could the flow be too much? In this size of a tank with smaller fish with my flow be too much for them?

What coral do you have? I’m a believer that fish don’t mind strong flow, I run 4 MP60’s at 75% and 2 MP40 at 100%, about 135* turn over on my 300 just power heads alone and my file fish does fine. You are running about 19 times so I wouldn’t lower the flow IMO. Can always try to lower it for a bit and see how it goes, mostly it’s how the coral responds.

By the way I have an SPS tank so don’t go crazy
