On my 24 gallon AIO system I am running a fluval sea(425GPH) and a SLICEE ( 530GPH) and I don’t know if this is too much flow for my tank or not enough since they are not a wave maker. Am I running too high flow or am I ok?

I think I need to see a pic to tell. Do you have corals in there? If yes, how are they reacting
I’ll have to get a picture in the morning when my lights are back on but yes I have 3 corals in the tank. The SLICEE I just barely added today because I’ve had cyano so I knew I wasn’t getting enough flow. They seem to be reacting just fine(one I just got today-a hammer coral) and it’s polyps are still opening up after they closed while I was dipping. So they seem to be fine still.

Your corals will let you know if flow is too much. If they can be turned down, then if too much you have that option. Also if you have sand and it is not blown all around, you're prob. good.
