I’m doing the newbie caught in headlights stare and may just have lost my mind over lighting. If some lights are too strong for some corals, what about fish? How do fish fare in 60W v 600W of light? At some point, they get fried. Don’t they? Or are they ok cuz they can swim to shade? Or am I overthinking things? If I get the high end AI Prime HDs, which I’ve been assured can grow “just about anything”, might it not fry some corals? Also, with lights costing so much, how do ppl qt corals for 76 days without killing them?!? Maybe I should stick to FOWLR. I’ve got a headache

Lightings should have no affects on fish. Not sure about your coral qt question.
