Hello,
New to Reef2Reef but not to saltwater and reef aquaria. First reef was in 2007 when I lived in Mt. Pleasant SC. Tideline Aquatics was my "go to" shop. Learned an immense amount from staff and owner.
Fast forward....Now in Charlotte NC. Started a new reef tank (utilizing a Red Sea Reefer 250) in January 2022. Currently progressing through end of ugly (bit of diatoms and cyano) phase. Tank stocked very lightly....two clowns and a domino damsel.
Recently added a DIY refugium made from polycarbonate 6.5 gal tank acquired at Petco. Have it loaded with Miracle Mud and live rock. Will add macro algae when needed.
Will post pics in the future.
Thanks.
