I’m guessing how everyone is getting top down pictures can only be done with pumps off ?

I just snapped this one while the lights are ramping down.
My return slows down to about 5% or so to keep a little water flowing during feed mode. MP40’s slow to a crawl and the gyres are completely off during feeding. To get crystal clear shots, then all flow is off.

i’ve personally found it makes it so much easier that way.

I have one of these and that lets the camera(phone) set below the water surface. You can still keep the flow going but do find its better with the pumps of since I run Kessil the shimmer really throws the pic off.
