What are some of the top frozen foods for my fish?

All of them...buy as many as you can get.

If you want a ready made mix LRS Reef Frenzy would be a good choice.
lol well okay. I hear bloodworms should be a treat though

I can tell you the worst:
-Hikari plankton: usually Hikari is solid, but the so called plankton is basically dry/artificial/refrozen and not the whole carcass but made rom Plankton “particles” ...
- ANY frozen Brine shrimp without algae enrichment (always get the green ones)
-Frozen FW Daphnia (any brand)
-Anything by Omega One

I have just about every type of food Rods makes for my tank.

I just decided to up my frozen food variety. Bought-

LRS Reef Frenzy (to see what the hype is all about)
PE Calanus
Bloodworms
PE Mysis has been a staple of mine forever
Spirulina with mysis cubes also been a staple

PE and LRS I've heard nothing but good things about for years. Don't think you could go wrong with those.

I’ve used LRS reef frenzy for years. I prefer the nano version. The food is a bit smaller than the regular frenzy but it doesn’t have nori. I hate seeing nori float around the tank. I prefer to feed sheets of nori instead. But LRS frenzy is great and makes for great coral food too.

My fish and inverts do not like bloodworms at all. They ignore it, mysis and squid is much more readily accepted.
