I am running ro/di into 5 gallon container with manual float ball valve
I have been reading about TDI creep and was looking for suggestions on how I could automatically have my tunze auto top off use the water in container and then have container refill every few days automatically,
I have full apex
Or
should I not worry about TDI creep
I thought about 120v solenoid valve on 1/4 ro line but I did google search and found nothing

Awesome question my friend.
I don't use a APEX for my topoff but just a tunze on it's own.
But there is a program you can use I hear off if you use the photocells hooked up to the APEX.
Lets put some eyes on here.

Do you mean TDS? Total Dissolved Solids.

I use a 32g Brute for RO/DI storage. Filling my ATO from this every 4-5 days. I often test for TDS when the Brute is near empty and for the last 2plus years still reads zero.
Hope this helps.

I am using tunze for top off
I just want to figure out how to only fill container every 5 days

Use a float valve from the RODI container.
I must say it comes with a extra fail, lets assume the float valve breaks how you going to stop the water?
In mu case I just run a hose from my 120 gallon RODI storage tank to my 35 gallon Top off container and fill it up.
It gives me 2 weeks of top off and have to refill it only 26 times a year without any headaches ;)

FWIW, TDS creep causes inefficient use of the DI in the RO/DI. It doesn't mean the water is less pure. :)

I'm not sure how to set it up for auto, except with two float switches.
