My job has me traveling around the world for months at a time. Luckily my wife has some interest in our tank and in helping with the day to day when I am away.
This Saturday my return took a crash and of course I’m 5000 miles away. Due to time differences my wife and I were not able to chat until late afternoon on Sunday. But it’s defi not the message you want to wake up to. I asked to call the crew at Top Shelf Aquatics, as Kevin and Alex have always offered support for the just in case..
And they really took care of the situation. They had their man Kyle come out, he really made my wife feel comfortable with his knowledge and attitude. This is not something that we have found common in other past situations with other shops.
I can’t thank them enough, and of course it makes me feel even more confident in where I spend my money.
