I'm waiting on theese 2... first order from them I think...
I don't really know lol because last time I got corals online It was almost a year ago.

I am not impressed with them at all so far...

Placed an order for thir Royale Flush Combo Pack on Wednesday, had to pay $19 for shiping, and received a confirmation email at 11:31am CST for the order. Their website states:

"Orders will ship same day if received before 2pm EST Monday - Friday. If received after 2pm EST they will ship on the next business day."

Needless to say, I never received a shipping/tracking info email from them that day. I reached out the following day (Thursday) to see what was going on with the shipping only to be ignored. Now two days later and my order still has not shipped (they created a tracking number with FedEx, with no package receied).

Definitely, wont be ordering from them again with that kind of customer service.

They just ran a massive sale over super bowl weekend. Their shipping times are going to be delayed until that is all over with.

I didn’t buy from them direct, I assume the person I bought from is the original purchaser and then sold me a frag of his tsa sour tsunami Goniopora. It arrived and looks good to me so as far as coral health and color accuracy goes, they did sell him a healthy piece and he was able to grow it out and sell me a piece

when I ordered black friday last year it took a couple of days. some of the stuff they cut to order. they have a massive coral farm on site. there's a youtuber that toured their site, pretty impressive facility
