I have an Innovative Marine SR120 that I have been running without the screen for 4+ years. I ordered some new fish that could be jumpers. I put the white screen cover that comes standard with the tank and I am wondering if I should increase the lighting percentage. I have 3 Maxspect Ethereals over the tank set at a max of 50%. If I do need to increase the lighting, what would be a good percentage to start with? I do not have a par meter, only a lux meter. I am looking at the Clear View lids, but shipping times are quite far out and I will need to make do with the one I have for a couple of months. Thanks

Clear mesh gives ~2%-5% reduction in PAR, black mesh is much higher (~10%-15%). Size of the mesh also plays a role, larger mesh less reduction.
