Have a hammer and frammer that looked beautiful but recently did a round of reef flux to deal with bryopsis. All my other corals are doing fine except them. Parameters below, any advice?

May take a few days to recover from the harsh chemical treatment which also kills off portions of your biome too

I think it is fine. Might not be related at all. What is the phosphate level?
Zero. Ive been dosing but just can not get a reading. Been a month now looking like that.

Zero is not the best place for corals long term…
Do you feed your corals? If not consider reef roods or Fauna Marin Coral Dust.
Dosing PO4 might not be enough especially if it gets absorbed by your rock work.
Consider feeding your fish more, more often…
Also you might consider dosing TM Plus NP, to feed your biofilm and bacteria. After antibiotics it might be depleted.

Good luck,
