Torch and hammer coral par question

Sup y'all .just wanted know what par u guys run for torch and hammer corals...my torch is around 150 par my hammer is around 170 par running 4 ai prime hd reef.thanks

They can be anywhere from 50-200 par.

I run 2 XR15 pros on the AB plus program so white is limited to like 24%.
