Hi all, I want to ask if this is a bacterial infection. It started a few days ago and today it looks like this. Other heads are fine.
If so, should I dip it in peroxide first and then antibiotics?
thanks in advance.

Pics are too blue to determine anything. If it’s a brown gel like substance, might be a jelly disease.
Please retake pics under white lights

Thanks for your reply. I found a flatworm on the skeleton and quickly removed it. And scrape the surface best I could. It looks like this now

A single flatworm should not have caused this havoc. Assure there are no others and check daily for next 2 weeks for signs of eggs which are super tiny.
elevate the torch off of sandbed which can irritate it.
Moderate light and water flow
