Hi everyone. I’ve been losing torch heads in my 32 gallon Biocube. In the past couple weeks I’ve lost three heads. But overall Euphylliaa is not lookin happy. I have an octo spawn not extending. My current parameters are.
Salinity: 1.025
NO3: 1.3
PO4: .27
Alk: 8.2
Cal: 425
Mag: 1420

Currently I am feeding fish Mysis and feeding corals twice a week with benereef. I have been manually dosing All for reef 5 ml a day. I typically am seeing an alk daily consumption of .7ppm. I am running gfo for high PO4. Looking for some advice on how to stop the bailouts. My tank was much dirtier and they looked happier.

I lost a head of my green torch a week ago for no reason and has not spread to the other ones in the colony. Sometimes it just happens but since it seems to be spreading, its a possibility that its BJD.

Euphyllia are what can be "the canary in the coal mine". Have you noticed any other issues with other corals?

I don’t know if it’s bjd. Here is some pics of the corals.

My softies are doing good. Was thinking possible alk swing? Just perplexed.

First things first, send an ICP test to see what your other elements are like.
How is the flow? Do you have a video by any chance?

This is the current flow. Ive had corals for almost six months and I haven’t recently changed flow or lights.

You have no nitrates so your corals are slowly starving to death from the inside out. Now you are seeing the decline on the outside.
