Torch coral at a lost

I got a 40 breeder mix tank, i have two jebao wavemakers one is rw4 and the other is sow-4 with three torches, three weeks ago I got two kessil a360x with spectral X controller mounted 8 inches above the water the old lights I had on there were 2 asta 20 I got off amazon, torches would opening up long tentacles but they appeared to be stretching for the light because the head would stretched like 2 inches but it had long tentacles now with the kessils short and fat. The flow is not strong just enough to get them swaying back and forth. I have the kessils running at;

Location is important but more so is flow and lighting. Assure medium lighting supplied for their photosynthetic cells and building of zooxanthellae within their stems
Tentacles should flow but not be bent over continuously. Calcium should be 400-440ppm at salinity of 1.025
