Torch Coral Flatworm help!!!

Oh no, it looks disgusting. I have encountered the same fw on my new hammer a few months back. This is what i did, and so far there hasnt been any signs of fw in my euphyllia garden.Looks like my torch has flatworms and eggs?!?
What do I need to do to get rid of these?
1. Take that torch out if possible.
2. Shake your torch so that it retracts to minimise polyp/flesh damage.
3. Get a pipette or turkey baster and carefully blast some clean ro/di water onto the fw. They should squirm and jump right off.
4. As for the eggs, get a cheap tooth brush and brush of the visible eggs.
5. A coral dip is up to you, but i generally find them ineffective against these type of fw.
6. if you have a quarantine tank, I’d suggest leaving the treated torch im that tank for a few weeks to observe.
7. Repeat 1-6 if fw reappears. It should take a few rounds to completely eradicate them.
if you have attached the torch to the rockwork and its difficult to remove the rock. You could get a bone cutter or a cheap diamond cutter/plier to get the frag of the rock.

I pried the torch off the rock and squirted some fresh water on the FWs. Then brushed what I could of the eggs off. I don’t have a QT tank so I had to put him back in my tank. Right now I’ve only got this torch and a frogspawn on the other side of my IM 20.
I’ll keep an eye on him and repeat if necessary.

Ah, since you don’t have that much euphyllia it should be fine to leave them in the main tank. Also just as added precaution, do watch out for the frogspawns as I suspect that FWs could also attack the frogspawns. Do update us if possible.

The frogspawn has been there for a while now but the torch is only been in the tank about a month.
Hopefully the only FWs were on the torch
