Torch coral flow

Wondering if you can help me to know if the flow is ok for my torch coral and the placement

That seems to be just about how mine likes to blow around. Just make sure it's not bouncing off the rock. It doesn't appear to be from the video.

I believe that the flow is too much. The flow should be gentle enough to slowly move the head. Too much flow can cause the head to get cut by its own skeleton, opening it up to infection, like Brown Jelly Disease.
