How is the flow for my torch? He hasn’t added anybheads in the 6 months I have had him. Is that normal? It’s a 90 gallon tank with a gyre pump. The return wave seems to effect him the most.

The torch looks happy and healthy to me. Mayb slightly less flow but IME they like the swaying flow like you have and are slower growers.

Indecision may or may not be my problem.
I think it looks pretty happy, perhaps a bit bleached so you may want to try and feed it some. Here are some instagram links to my two torches and how they like the flow in my tank:
