I recently picked up a Torch Coral and it had some large flat worms that came out when I gave it a dip in CoralRX. While looking at the torch this morning I can see eggs in the tentacles so I am going to be pulling it out and putting it in its own special place (QT).

Since I have a fish in QT already I am going to be using what I have lying around.
- 5 gal buck
- Heater
- airpump with airstone
- DIY 60w LED light turned down to 30% and probably 20" off the water

I will be feeding it every other day and doing 5% weekly water changes. My plan is to see what hatches out of the eggs or if I can't see, then I will watch for the eggs to dissapear and do another coralrx dip replace 100% water with water from my DT and then let it sit in QT for another couple weeks.

Sorry for the pain man. It sucks you had to get EEFW from your purchases.

Sounds like your on the right path. If it were me, I would place all euphelia in QT.

I know that this thread is super old but I wanted to provide an update that I did find baby Torches spread throughout my tank. I accidentally killed off a bunch thinking they were majano anemones and one that I thought I had killed kept growing and then I realized it was a torch when it got a little bigger.

Too cool, thanks for the follow up. :-)
