Torch Coral help

I’ve had my torch for a few months now. It seems to have grown but looks so deflated and lumpy. I’ve even seen a tip floating around which I quickly removed. I was told on Instagram that I needed to up my trace nutrients. My pH: 8.3 salinity 1.025 Nitrate 4-5ppm and small amount of Phosphstes..I need to invest in Hanna test kits.. Running two Kessil A160s and my temperature sits at 78. This is how it looks now and I’ll try to find a photo of when I first got it.

I went to a show and showed someone a picture and was told that it’s normal and I need to hit it with more flow. I currently have it sitting at a higher spot in the tank getting a fair amount of flow.

Im willing to do anything to get it back to normal!

Your torch looks healthy. I've found they like moderate flow & light and a little dirtier tank than most LPS. They are very sensitive to fish picking at them, I love them but have fish that torment them.

Those pictures do not even look like the same Torch. The top ones look like an Indo Torch and the bottom one looks like an Aussie Torch. Whatever happened to it, I am interested to see what others say so I am following this.

Some people tell me it looks healthy but after seeing a tip or two floating around and comparing to the picture when it was new I got worried.

That’s what had me worried. I guess it is in fact an Indo torch then?
