Torch coral hurt

Hey I was just doing my water change in my nano but then while I was siphoning the algae off the rock the torch got picked up and it looks like a majority of the tentacles ruptured what can I do to help it out and what is the likelihood that it survives thanks

Iodine dip, put it back in the same place in your tank and leave it be. If your water is right it will heal. Good luck, I've done the same and the torch recovered after 2-3 months.
