Torch coral not opening fully

Hello guys my torch coral is not opening fully..it’s getting about 90 to 110 par…been doing this for a few months…anyone have any ideal what’s going on maybe I should dip it? Flow to high or low? Here a video

Dipping never hurts anything, when something doesn’t open fully, I always suggest moving to low flow, darker area to see if it extends and reacts to feeding.

Also watch tank mates and see if any have gotten friendly with it, as in porcelain crabs or clowns sometimes
