Torch Coral Problems

Does anyone know what is wrong with my torch coral? A couple of the tentacles have brown spots. See bellow.

Nothing really wrong with it the tip my just fall off

Looks similar to a flatworm, try blowing at it with a turkey baster and if it comes off and start swimming it's a flatworm.
