Just got thos torch coral couple nights ago, seems not want to stretch out yet, is it normal?
Light is radion, it's on the sand, 24" deep tank with radion about 8" above the tank. It has low to med flow since it's on sand bed
parameter: Ca: 500, Phosphate 0.125; Alk 8; Nitrate: 5 and Ammonia 0. Salinity 0.026.
Feed Reef energy solution A and B every other day, 1mL per 10 gallon.

All the other new corals look good: Duncan, Acan, Zoa, Alveopora, Cap Monti

Thanks in advance for your advice

I would say that it's still settling in, it's open and that's important. I would give it a little bit to get used to your tank. All parameters look good and you have it where it should be.

Just give it a little time and don't move it around some slow flow for now imo

Did you run a light acclimation cycle? If it was under weaker lights previously the radion might be too strong too fast.

What percentage did you start at? But sounds like you should be fine. Just needs some time.

Hold on guys! Think about the advice closely.
Dont change your lighting schedule or intensity for a single new addition.
This is absolutely what current corals will not like.
When you add a new addition to a tank start it off on the bottom corner sides.
Use a diy frag rack.
Then every 5 days move this new frag up and over.
When you see your frag rack at the level of the rock that you have chosen then at that time you can move it to your desired location on the rockwork.
From there at the same level you can move it where the desired water flow is.
