Been around a long time but have an interesting thing going on with our coral display tank so thought I'd get feedback. Tank has been up for 1.5 yrs and there is a torch that we ordered 3 years ago as assorted indo torchs I personally kept it for 2 year in my home aquarium and moved it to the shop a year ago It has gotten very lg but has never split. After being in our shops display tank for a few months we noticed green tentacles on the rock. We assumed they were majos at first but knowing we carefully qts everything we observed. They got bigger and after inspection they have a skeleton. Very much clones of the huge torch and the exact shape and color. There at least 20 so far in the pic u can see 2 next to the big colony. Big one is 6 tons inch across and one big head with no noticeable separation. Not sure if this is sexual reproduction or if some how tips of the polyp have settled.
