torch coral .white things underneath

Hi all
Hope everyone is doing good.

I'm amateur reef .I got load of question Sorry for the trouble .

I baught a torch coral recently the the base of it was look ok.but today I noticed that the is somthing white coming up towards the tenticals. Bit scared

Not sure if this is ok . Does torch get this .
Or my torch is dying anything I can do to help it .
