Any one know what this is or have any advice? Should I dip it or something? The torch seems really happy, it has 2 heads and is almost always open.

If it's always open and seem happy, I wouldn't worry about.

My best guess would be that something ate or burrowed into the skeleton sometime in the past. Keep any eye on it. If it the torch show signs of irritation (not opening up, flesh recession, etc) the culprit may still be in there and it would be worth dipping the coral again.

Since it's acting normal and seems happy though, chances are the culprit is gone.

Thank you I’ll keep an eye on it.

Any updates?
