Torch coral with werid slim on it

Hi all

Just noticed this 1 touch coral is all retracted and seams to have some kind of slim on it.

I tried my best for the pic but it’s in a weird spot.

Should I take it out and coral dip / put it in my quarantine ish tank
Change the flow to go over it morw

Or is this frag just done

That definitely does not look natural. I would take it out and see if it has foul smell. If ok then dip it to clean it.
