My torch coral got knocked over tonight hard face planted into the sand for who knows how long because my sea urchins keep messing with it. Tissue looks insanely damaged and I need thoughts on whether it will be okay or not. I'm gonna also try to use reef dip to help it but I just don't know anymore. Any thoughts?

Way too blue for any meaningful response.
How bout a white shot?
Torches are super delicate.
You can only wait and see, anything’s else will just make it worse.

He's pretty unhappy but I would just leave it, there's not much to be done. If there really is tissue damage you could try an iodine dip but I can't really see tissue damage when he's retracted like that.

There is tissue damage, this morning when I moved it back it was flying around from the flow.

That's what I thought, is there any chance the 2 could recover even if it takes years or months?
No once they are dead they won’t come back. the one good head will keep growing upward and branch off to more heads. When it grows tall enough you can cut out the dead heads. Typically you won’t see the dead heads when the torch is open and happy
