Hello everyone,
I am new to R2R and the reefing community. Along with a reef tank.

I added a torch coral into my tank approx. 3 weeks ago. Last night I fed the coral and noticed brown spots around the corals skeleton. (I’m assuming that’s what it’s called)

Can anyone help me and tell me if I should be concerned or not. It doesn’t look like algae.
