The movie wont load for me.
Since you said they have a web they are not flat worms. Without a good close up I can guess either a type of tube worm or vermetid snails. Someone with newer eyes will need to help

I’m just scared my first ever saltwater tank and first torch coral never seen any of this it’s all new to me but I got this torch at the rtr show in Colorado for 35 bucks why a steal. I was amazed.
