Hi all I’ve had this torch for 2monthes and it’s been doing great until 2 days ago one of its heads fell of and now the other one is too I was wondering what you think it’s because of and how to solve it? Or if it’s to late

Please take pics under white light. Sounds like polyp bailout, usually the polyp dies and doesn’t grow back. Cause is hard to say, likely something with water parameters.
