left head won’t open up fully. How does the skeleton look to you?

Based on color, it looks like the neck tissue is receding faster than ambient light is coloring the skeleton on that left side specifically.

There’s no light on over the tank. It’s lighting from a window hitting the tank. So not sure what you mean by ancient light

Hi, you really need good marine lighting to keep these happy, also not direct flow, I run a XR15 Gen 5 blue, this torch was a single head about 9 months ago now 4 big heads

If the left head is receiving the blunt of flow it won’t open as much. Make sure there is not too much flow. Alternating flow is best.

I have wave makers in the middle and on both ends of the tank. Trying to create a circler inward flow, so maybe that’s the issue if it’s receiving more flow than needed. I have it midway level in the tank, all wave makers are point up toward surface
