Any reef safe wrasse should work, but I orefer melanarus wrasses for my pest control. Very pretty, active, and hardy from my experience.

are they known to jump? Had some bad luck with some fish jumping out

I think most wrasse jump. The Melanurus is an awesome fish, one of my Favorites.
