Torch Flow Injury or Disease?

Ok this is one of my favorite corals it has been growing for 6 months with now issues. I do have high flow for sps. I noticed today that the tips look twisted and are dying. like a balloon animal. No tissue recession around the base. I have had high flow for a while and no issues but I am wondering if this caused this. Acros, Duncans, Hammers all look great. Any advice or insights are appreciated.

Alk is 8.6
CA is 430
PO4 0.1- 0.08

Do you have any peppermint shrimp or anything that might nip at it? Looks like physical damage.

Also, inspect the sides of the skeleton for what looks like a clam shell.

Thanks I really don't want to lose this one lol. Sides look great no white tissue and yes I do have peppermint shrimp. No Coral nipping fish. I have not observed any thing nipping it and peps are usually not discrete in my experience. I may dip it in coral RX but I don't know if there is any benefit for physical damage.

If you don’t see any signs of pest I would wait to dip it for at least a day or so but it’s your call. I had a peppermint shrimp that I watched with my own eyes snip the tentacles off a hammer and eat them. I made sure he got pellet food after that n it never touched my Corals again.

My hammer just did that 3 days ago. No change in flow or light no new additions. Today its back to looking normal.

I moved it and its doing great now. I think it was a flow injury.
