Torch/Hammer/Frammer?

Thought this was a indo torch but on closer inspection, i am not sure. Anyone have any insights?

I'm not an expert on Euphyllia but it does not have tentacles like the torches I have seen in person. Let's tag in @vetteguy53081 ....
