Torch help

I need help with this torch. Do you guys think this is brown jelly?

Kinda hard to say, but I would dip it in some iodine based dip anyway as the left side looks stressed. The only dip I have been able to find, though I am sure they are others, that has Iodine is the Seachem reef dip.
