Torch help!

Hey guys so i noticed a few days back on of my corals mouth was sort of swollen let’s say, I notice it at night when it retracts. As the days go by it’s sort of getting worse. I will post pictures of it during lights on. And at night.

I have 5 torches
3 hammers
And 1 frogspawn
As far as euphyllias goes. And they are all doing great.
even the one with the open mouth. During the day he’s extended waving around nice it’s only at night I notice this.

You know something, in my old tank this torch was behind another long green one I have. And it constantly draped over it. Maybe a tentacle stung it’s mouth?
