Looks like one. Seems similar to my Teal Tipped Gold Stem Cristata.

thanks I haven’t really payed much attention to it but today it was super happy and puffed up and I really noticed the gold shimmer

Looks like a cristata to me!
Your tips look much darker, but the subtle gold color is really cool under actinic lighting!
I found mine like higher light and moderate to low flow.

I may try moving it higher , has definitely not been as puffy as yours . Don’t know about flow I have a variable preset so might be ok for short bursts of high flow
