bleached out as in damaged torch? I cant see the mouth unfortuantly I only have a short video, the base looks very green

Put it in high nutrient system the color will come back

So it could just be a hellfire that’s been in a low nutrient system and it’s changed colours? I’ve ordered it now maybe I should’ve done more research

Pretty much. A lot of coral especially from vendors are kept in a low nutrient system. So once you get it and if yours is high nutrient system it will get darker and color up more.
