Any know the name of this torch? Got it as a hellfire but not sure

Hard to exactly tell from the lighting, but it could be, yes. It's not a dragon soul.

Its def a variety of gold and not green, i agree its not dragon soul as i have that already pictured with my green ones

If it was sold as a hellfire - it probably is. Different lighting, water parameters, etc. can all affect how it looks. The dragon soul I got from my LFS wasn't anything special, but after 2 months in my tank it's absolutely stunning (in addition to 3 times the size).
