Torch identification

Bought as indo torch, all was given about it. Kinda look like a dragon soul torch. Help me out thanks.

dragon soul has a deep blue base ... i resently bought the same one you have it almost identical to dragon soul i actually have one right ip against dragon soul slight color difference but same thing

That is my Dragon Soul. Yours looks like some of the recent imported torches conning in now from Indonesia. Give it 250 - 300PAR and you will get more color out of it.
