Torch is dying

Hi guys I have this dragon breath torch and it is dying and my ritteri anemone is dying can’t forgive out what it is can anyone help please

hi,need params ammonia,nitrite,salinity,cal and dkh if poss ,any major temp swings??and lastly how long have you had the corals ,do you have others?guess bunch of questions ;)
 
One good guess is that dwarf angel
 
Ultimately you will need to post all larms to get good answer. From looks of your nitrate kit it says zero. Thats not good. I would test again with say a nyos test kit which will allow u to get low readings on that easily. Also alk is usually a big issue. That anemone is washed out and stressed. Did it have zoanthology when u bought it?
 
I had a torch closed up on the sandbed and he didn’t want to open (recently and it’s a gold torch) so I lifted him higher and he was good
