Torch is swollen

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has experience with torch flesh getting swollen.

is there any flow? The polyps are standing straight up

Hi,

This picture is a samples of what I'm going through with my torches. Mine is currently in flow, but swollenen looking like the picture. I increased flow since I think that would be the issue. Also reading it could be due to overfeeding?
