To the right of the picture I think I see brown jelly. If this is what it actually is, it's hard to stop it. How long have you had this piece? Do you have any other Euphyllia corals in the tank?

It may just be shadows, but under the tentacles of the head to the right. If you do see it, check your hammers also for it. Of course it's best to check with a flashlight, just before your regular lights come on, when the heads are still recessed. Your toadstool is not at risk for this.
