Torch looks unhappy…

Hello, I have two torch they all stay for half a year, but when I closed the wave makers I saw two torch looks quite different, the right one are looking down, is there any problems for my gold torch ?
(Recently I have KH swing, from 7.5 to 6 )

Mine does that sometimes when I turn the wave makers off. Does it look like that all the time? I'd only worry about it if it started to close up often or recede at the base.

It looks normal at all When I turn on the wave makers, and the tissue at the base I think is quite well.
Recently I have another torch just dead in a week from purchasing, so I was worried about any infection
Does it look like brown jelly or something？
when I crash the bone i saw flat worms, but I don’t think it’s the main reason leading to death

Sorry to hear about your other torch. If you have had flatworms in the past, it may be worth it to dip your healthy torches just in case. Does it have spots? It looks like a polyclad flatworm.

That doesn't look like brown jelly to me. How long ago did you lose that torch? I've lost torches in a similar way and the infection hasn't spread to my healthy torches. If you're worried, iodine dips have been safe for me in the past and may be a good precautionary treatment.

i lost my torch just two days ago, and i did iodine dips and KCl dips yesterday. There’s no any other flatworm falling down from healthy torch, and it‘s first time I see this kind of worm in my tank.

Do you have any idea when you losing the torch in a similar way? Maybe like KH swing or other water parameter changes ? Adaptation problem?

I never figured it out. My tank was under a year old so it could have been tank immaturity/instability. I currently have a Dragonsoul and a NY Knicks, along with a variety of hammers and frogspawn that are doing well and growing.

Since you just lost the other torch, I would just keep watching the healthy two. If it starts to look bad, I’d recommend putting it in a hospital tank and treating with ciprofloxin as soon as possible.
