So can I have anything be underneath a torch even if it touches every once in a while? Zoas,shrooms? How do y’all hide glue marks on the bottoms of the frags? Can I glue my torch sideways or will that mess with the flesh band?

Not really, no. I don't worry about dried glue; it turns purple in short order anyway.
